Delivery

Delivery should usually be within 7 days. During peak trading times please allow up to 14 days delivery within the UK, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Also please allow up to 21 days delivery elsewhere.

Stock levels on garments can be variable, so in these cases you may need to allow extra time. If we do have a problem one of our sales staff will call you. Alternative, you may call in prior to placing your order to check availability.

Printed name tapes are being despatched within 48 hours and woven name tapes within 7 days, as stated on the product description.

Postage & Packaging Prices

United Kingdom:

• £1.00 for Name Tape orders
  (order as many as you like and you will only be charged £1.00 for shipping)
• £3.50 for all other orders containing Garments

Rest of the World:

• £3.00 for Name Tape orders
• £15.00 for all orders

Returns

Please note if you are returning goods for exchange or because you no longer require them you will have to pay for postage.

Please return all goods with a completed returns note to the address provided on the note.
